Fluid Coffeebar

FLUID Coffeebar is an internet multi-roaster cafe. We serve coffee from Intelligentsia and other thirdwave roasters. Specialty coffee is our focus, and we work hard to brew and serve the best coffee with great care. Fluid strives to bring the brightest coffees from big city roasters to Valpo. We specialize in cold brew on nitro tap, pour-overs, and hand-crafted lattes made with in-house syrups. Our cafe fare features vegan options, gluten-free options and artisan local baked goods. Teas, Tonics, and Local Kombucha round out our menu. We feature lightning speed free wifi and a public printer. Art, music, and open-mindedness are an important part of FLUID’s atmosphere. Local artists gather here, and the art exhibits change monthly. Open Mic Night is once a month, and draws a large eclectic crowd. FLUID is a place to hang-out and meet interesting people. All of this makes FLUID about much more than the coffee.
